What you will do

• Lead client engagements to elicit and document solution requirements and objectives.
• Design and deliver solution-oriented architectures incorporating AI and NLP technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and implement tailored CXone solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and maintain expertise in contact center technologies.
• Support pre-sales and implementation cycles ensuring business outcomes are met.
• Manage solution lifecycle and customer satisfaction throughout deployment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA or able to work hybrid with office presence.
• 3+ years of solution architecture and consulting experience.
• Experience with AI, NLP, and integration architecture in contact center environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental work.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Visio and advanced documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
