Location: Hybrid model based in Düsseldorf, Germany (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Drive complex Conversational AI projects from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation.
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and product strategies.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to empower customers and partners.
• Develop precise technical documentation and ensure the resolution of complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a similar Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software role.
• Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges with scalable solutions.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
