TL;DR

Associate Solutions Architect (AI): Supporting customers in deploying and integrating hirify.global's Work AI platform with an accent on data source onboarding, integrations, and basic troubleshooting. Focus on building skills in cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise architectures while assisting with technical investigations and documentation.

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days a week in Nashville, TN office)

What you will do

• Support commercial and corporate customers as primary technical advisors for hirify.global implementation.
• Assist with onboarding data sources and integrations, including configuration, validation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Help build and maintain tools, scripts, and templates for customer integration with hirify.global.
• Participate in technical investigations: review logs, reproduce issues, and document findings.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Delivery Excellence, AI Outcomes, Support, and Product teams for smooth deployment.
• Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation, runbooks, and best practices.
• Join customer calls, shadowing initially and then leading technical discussions, explaining options, and capturing requirements.
• Learn hirify.global’s platform in depth and gradually take ownership of smaller customer workstreams and configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with a > 3.75/4.0 GPA.
• 0–2 years of industry experience in software engineering, technical support, or solutions engineering/architecture roles.
• Comfort in reading and writing code in at least one of: Python, Java, or Go.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON, with interest in building or integrating APIs.
• Basic familiarity with cloud concepts (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), Linux command line, and debugging techniques.
• Strong willingness to learn about Enterprise AI, networking, security, and identity (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
