Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Expanding footprint in the UK & Ireland market by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities with an accent on lead generation and exceeding sales targets. Focus on conducting in-depth discovery sessions, negotiating deals, and managing a healthy sales pipeline.

Location: Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week required in office, in either Dublin or London

What you will do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities, expanding footprint in the UK & Ireland market.
• Source your own leads and generate new business.
• Maintain a deep understanding of products/services to effectively communicate value.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects.
• Negotiate deals with clients and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of outbound Account Executive experience OR experience in a sales role in Health Insurance and Pension.
• Minimum of 1 year BDR/SDR Experience.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Experience in a fast-paced / start-up / scale-up environment.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or business-to-business organizations.
