What you will do

• Develop long-term growth strategies, set sales goals, and refine business plans for the DACH market.
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers and the Manager A&E.
• Engage with high-value customers, strategic partners, and the consultant community to expand Axis’ presence.
• Track opportunities, collaborate with Territory Sales Managers, and support project closure.
• Oversee trade shows and marketing initiatives, representing Axis at industry events and associations.
• Manage cross-border sales with international key accounts and specific strategic projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a people manager and sales leader with consistent exceeding of revenue targets.
• Strong background in managing technology solutions in an indirect business model.
• Knowledge and experience in the Architect and Engineer segment (consultants and specifiers).
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent commercial acumen with strategic planning and complex negotiation skills.
• Cross-cultural adaptability and experience working in international environments.
