TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships across Central Europe with an accent on revenue growth, strategic account planning, and consultative problem-solving. Location: Hybrid with requirement to work onsite twice a week in London office and flexibility for remote work.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across Central Europe to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligning customer priorities with platform capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from operational users to C-level executives.
  • Identify and lead expansion opportunities using a consultative approach.
  • Negotiate expansions focusing on long-term partnership health and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Hybrid work format with onsite presence twice a week in London office.
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • C1+ proficiency in English and German languages.
  • Experience managing a book of business and contributing to expansion and renewal outcomes.
  • Strong consultative mindset and commercial acumen.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

  • Experience with enterprise marketing, brand, or creative technology solutions.
