What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across Central Europe to drive revenue growth.
- Develop strategic account plans aligning customer priorities with platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from operational users to C-level executives.
- Identify and lead expansion opportunities using a consultative approach.
- Negotiate expansions focusing on long-term partnership health and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Hybrid work format with onsite presence twice a week in London office.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
- C1+ proficiency in English and German languages.
- Experience managing a book of business and contributing to expansion and renewal outcomes.
- Strong consultative mindset and commercial acumen.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
