TL;DR

Senior Deployed Engineer (AI/LLM): Partnering with companies on the frontier of LLM-applications to bring ideas to production-ready apps with an accent on technical demos, best practices, and translating customer insights into product improvements. Focus on collaborating with sales and engineering teams to define successful deployment strategies and dogfooding new products.

Location: Must be based in the East region of the US (New York, Atlanta). Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location.

Salary: $150,000-$270,000 USD

hirify.global provides an agent engineering platform and open-source frameworks (hirify.global, LangGraph) for developers to build and deploy reliable LLM systems, alongside LangSmith for observability, evaluation, and rapid iteration.

What you will do

• Work closely with companies at the forefront of LLM-applications, transforming ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate on diverse LLM-apps, including concierge search, codegen, and agentic co-pilots.
• Deliver technical demonstrations of hirify.global's product suite.
• Lead trainings and workshops on best practices for developer audiences.
• Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to secure deals.
• Partner with the engineering team to translate customer insights and feedback into product enhancements.
• Lead special projects, both internal and external, to dogfood new products.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 3+ years in a similar technical role (software engineering, customer engineering).
• Strong engineering background with a passion for partnering with customers.
• Proven ability to find solutions and a bent towards action and service orientation.
• Enjoys staying updated on the latest industry techniques.
• Comfortable presenting best practices to larger teams.
• Thrives in fast-moving, unstructured environments, defining impactful work and future success.
• Ownership-minded approach to work.
