What you will do

• Provide actionable insights, analysis, and analytical reporting with a focus on customer behaviour, performance trends, and optimisation opportunities.
• Contribute to improving data development processes by championing automation, quality, and modern tooling.
• Explore and create strategic models to assist with enriching applications and data for TFS.
• Maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes, streamline data flows, and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for technology, data, and AI, with an interest in emerging tools and trends.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical, analytical mindset.
• Ability to operate independently, managing your own workload while supporting the wider BI & Data team.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver to a high standard.
• Prioritise efficiency, automation, quality, and security in all aspects of your work.
• Motivated by learning and eager to broaden your exposure to a wide range of modern data and AI technologies.
• English: B2 required.
