What you will do
- Lead and scale an outstanding sales development team.
- Support and shape strategy for pipeline generation, specifically for the Benelux & Nordics team.
- Manage the team’s multi-million dollar new business pipeline target and actively coach members.
- Work with cross-functional regional leadership to maximize team contribution.
- Maintain strong reporting, accountability, and attainment against quota.
- Analyze team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies.
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Development Manager with consistent overachievement against quota.
- Proven experience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing SDRs/BDRs.
- Experience in sales process focused on value selling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
- High proficiency in leveraging sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft.
- Passion for cloud, big data, and AI, with prior experience in this space highly preferred.
