What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions (mainly Middle level).
- Conduct vacancy briefings with hiring managers, develop comprehensive candidate profiles, and perform candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Ensure effective candidate management, communication, and support throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees and provide support during preboarding activities.
- Foster a positive team environment through micro-interactions, small initiatives, and pulse surveys.
- Collaborate with the People Operations Manager to enhance and optimize HR processes and participate in internal projects.
Requirements
- 1+ year of commercial experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.
- Fundamental understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, adaptation, and feedback mechanisms.
- Strong analytical skills and a preference for structured, methodical approaches.
- Demonstrated proactivity, with a proven ability to take initiative and drive progress independently.
- Excellent listening, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to find creative solutions and work effectively in a team and individually.
