Plus8soft is scaling fast and is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to hire top engineers globally and run fast, predictable recruiting processes. Full ownership, zero bureaucracy, direct work with founders.
What you’ll do
— Hire for technical roles: Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Data
— Source globally (CIS, Central Asia, Balkans, LATAM, APAC)
— Maintain ATS hygiene and track funnel metrics
— Communicate with candidates and English-speaking clients
— Drive pipeline building, outreach, automation
What we’re looking for
— 5+ years in recruitment (2+ in IT)
— Strong sourcing skills (boolean, X-ray)
— Experience hiring across multiple geographies
— Fluent English; fast and clear communication
— Data-driven, proactive, able to work under SLAs
— Ownership mindset; able to manage several roles
Nice to have
— Experience in outstaff/outsourcing
— Understanding of EOR & global hiring
