What you will do
- Own and deliver successful renewals across your Mid-Market Accounts portfolio.
- Identify churn risks early and drive proactive mitigation plans.
- Identify new use cases, unmet needs, and product adoption opportunities to drive expansion.
- Lead cloud migration cycles for on-premise Mid-Market customers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with Finance leaders (CFOs, FP&A Directors, Controllers).
- Apply structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Value Selling, etc.) for predictable execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SaaS Account Management or Sales.
- Demonstrated success managing renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and land-and-expand strategies.
- Background in finance tech, ERP, FP&A, accounting software, or related solutions.
- Ability to handle a high volume of Mid-Market accounts with varying complexity.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
- Ability to articulate business value to finance stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
