What you will do

  • Target, pitch, and close enterprise-level partnerships to expand hirify.global’s presence.
  • Build trust and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Design sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage deals end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success.
  • Use CRM and data analytics tools to track progress and exceed targets.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Paris, France
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in Payments, Fintech, or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of closing global enterprise deals and meeting targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools; Hubspot experience is a plus.
  • English: Proficient (B2) required

Nice to have

  • Experience in Payments industry.
  • Familiarity with value-selling methodologies.
