What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers from concept to delivery.
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas, providing clear, actionable feedback during design reviews.
• Support fast-paced A/B testing and experiment with AI-assisted design workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally in dating or social platforms, chat-based experiences, AI-generation tools, or live‑interactive gamified products.
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create production-ready UI assets.
• Expert-level prototyping skills to clearly communicate ideas, flows, and interactions.
• Resourceful problem-solving and strong ability to synthesize insights from market research.
• Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-driven products or other complex, emerging tech experiences.
• Experience with AI content‑generation tools such as Midjourney, Kling, or Replicate.
• Genuine interest in AI, demonstrated through personal projects or professional work.
• Strong grasp of effective copywriting.
• Skills in motion design, illustration, or 3D.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for effective collaboration with developers.
• Experience working on subscription‑based products with a focus on retention and monetization.
