What you will do

• Lead development and maintenance of forecasting models, executive dashboards, and business health trackers.
• Drive proactive scenario analysis and pricing insights for strategic decisions.
• Oversee invoice forecasting and reconciliation.
• Develop scalable analytics tools and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to support performance and optimization.
• Coach and mentor analysts while improving reporting and analytics capabilities; design anomaly detection frameworks and communicate risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, analytics, or business intelligence roles within a B2B tech or tech-enabled environment.
• Expertise in data visualization, crafting business narratives, and distilling complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders across corporate functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of ownership and accountability in fast-paced, high-volume data environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
