Salary: $100,000–$136,000

What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and analyze monthly results for various functions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess strategic resource allocation.
- Support the growth of teams and organizational structure through headcount forecasting and reconciliation.
- Track and approve requisitions/POs/invoices in alignment with budgets.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support modeling and administration of Adaptive Planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 4+ years of work experience, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills; expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex financial concepts.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently in a timely manner.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Curiosity of emerging AI technologies to improve Finance and company efficiency.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools.
