Location: Denver, Colorado, United States (Hybrid). This role will need to be conducted in a state in which hirify.global is currently registered to do business.

Salary: $100,000–$136,000

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and analyze monthly results for various functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess strategic resource allocation.
• Support the growth of teams and organizational structure through headcount forecasting and reconciliation.
• Track and approve requisitions/POs/invoices in alignment with budgets.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support modeling and administration of Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 4+ years of work experience, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills; expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex financial concepts.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently in a timely manner.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Curiosity of emerging AI technologies to improve Finance and company efficiency.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools.
