What you will do

  • Serve as primary finance business partner for Sales and Post-Sales teams, managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop detailed financial models and analyses for sales productivity, customer retention, and efficiency programs.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards for key sales and customer success metrics ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Accounting for accurate revenue and expense tracking during close processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work in or near Draper, Utah, United States
  • 8+ years of corporate finance experience with strong data and analytics focus.
  • Advanced skills in financial planning, modeling, reporting, and large-scale data analysis.
  • Experience with budgeting tools such as Adaptive Insights and accounting close cycles.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or FinTech environments.
  • Experience partnering with Go-to-Market teams on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
