Salary: $225K–$325K plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own and execute all core finance functions including payroll, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and headcount forecasting aligned with company goals.
• Manage FP&A with rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and performance insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for key SaaS metrics and investor updates.
• Drive automation and improvements in financial systems and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in New York City.
• 6+ years in finance or FP&A roles in high-growth B2B SaaS, preferably Series A–B stage.
• Executive-level ownership of FP&A, accounting, payroll, and compliance.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and experience with financial tools like QuickBooks and Bill.com.
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and concepts.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA credentials.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A processes.
• Experience with finance systems integrations or ERP implementations.
