Salary: $96,560–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize planning and forecasting financial models.
• Manage expense and headcount planning and perform budget-vs-actual variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cost center owners to review and update forecasts.
• Prepare financial presentations, charts, and schedules.
• Analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, and key financial metrics.
• Evaluate and implement new FP&A technology and automate workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or able to work remotely with occasional onsite presence in Oakland, CA
• 5-10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in software, investment banking, or venture capital.
• Proficiency in SQL, Apps Script, and Google Sheets with complex spreadsheet functions.
• Strong understanding of financial statement modeling and GAAP accounting.
• Ambition to implement AI-based solutions for process improvement.
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or quantitative discipline.
