TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing marketing-sourced leads to accelerate hirify.global’s sales pipeline with an accent on discovery, fit assessment, and smooth handoff to sales. Focus on cultivating relationships, qualifying intent, and serving as a brand ambassador.

Location: Hybrid position in the Minneapolis, MN, metro area. Must currently be based in the Minneapolis, MN metro area.

What you will do

  • Qualify and nurture marketing-sourced leads, building relationships, and understanding prospect needs for high-quality opportunities.
  • Confidently speak to hirify.global’s products and solutions, tailoring messaging and communicating value.
  • Leverage sales engagement tools (Groove, Zoominfo, 6sense) for personalized follow-up with inbound leads.
  • Manage inbound inquiries from various channels (website, chat, email, phone, eCommerce) with timely follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales for seamless handoff and continuous improvement of the prospect-to-customer journey.
  • Track and manage activities in Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Groove or Outreach preferred).
  • Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach within sales, marketing, and other partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and resourceful, with the ability to quickly learn hirify.global’s product portfolio and articulate its value.
  • Adaptable and goal-oriented, comfortable with evolving processes, tools, and business priorities.
