What you will do
- Manage assigned book of business focusing on revenue maximization through cross-sell and subscription upgrades.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities by understanding customer challenges.
- Identify key decision makers and articulate the value of the full product suite.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through disciplined prospecting and deal execution.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Renewal teams to drive product adoption and renewals.
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce to track opportunities and next steps.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area (Clearwater, Florida).
- 3+ years of software sales experience with a focus on account expansion and quota achievement.
- Familiarity with IT security concepts and ability to communicate technical and business value.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Gmail for workflow management.
- Self-starter with a numbers-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
- Network+ or Security+ certification.
- Experience attending trade shows and negotiating pricing.
