Performance Marketing Lead (Mobile Gaming): Driving user growth by shaping and executing end-to-end performance marketing strategy for mobile games, managing substantial budgets, and mentoring a team. Location: Can be based in either Espoo or Barcelona, following a hybrid policy with at least two days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy with clear goals and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and support the performance marketing team, fostering growth and accountability.
- Plan, run, and optimize high-volume acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external advertising partners.
- Partner with the Product team to shape user journeys and maximize acquisition.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in performance marketing, including strategy development, campaign planning, and hands-on media buying for mobile games.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize multi-million dollar acquisition budgets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive continuous optimization.
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams, setting clear goals, and driving accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with the performance marketing creative process.
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing AdTech (game measurement tools, attribution providers, programmatic advertising, fraud prevention).
- Experience working on casual puzzle games.
