TL;DR

Head of Research (Marketing): Shaping understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to influence product positioning, market strategy, and campaign development. Focus on designing and implementing high-quality surveys, integrating research data into analytic workflows, and translating findings into actionable insights.

Location: Office locations include Dubai, Krakow, Lisbon, Madrid. Remote work is available from Poland, Portugal, Spain, and UAE.

Salary: PLN 24,700–PLN 29,100 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland)

What you will do

  • Support brand tracking and consumer research programs across key markets.
  • Design and implement high-quality surveys tailored to campaign and brand insight needs.
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to ensure research effectively supports campaign planning and measurement.
  • Assist in managing survey panels, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
  • Organise and execute ad hoc research requests and stakeholder briefs.
  • Integrate research data into dashboards and analytic workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in market research, consumer insights, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
  • Solid knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with hands-on experience in survey design and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with brand tracking tools, survey platforms, and panel management.
  • Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights that support marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or data teams.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and a basic understanding of analytic workflows.
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for understanding customer behaviour and brand performance.
