What you will do

• Ensure successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across the group over several brands.
• Collaborate closely with internal Account Strategy and external Performance Media clients.
• Provide operational, efficient, and accurate campaign delivery recommendations and lead execution.
• Monitor performance, often on 3rd party attribution, and lead on first-level client response for reporting and short-term optimizations.
• Perform end-to-end optimization of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative to meet client objectives.
• Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue and product expansion, utilizing insights from various data sources.
• Proactively evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot campaigns, anticipating seasonality trends and identifying issues.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional language is a bonus).
• Ability to build strategies and action plans with both a “1 to many” and “1 to 1” approach.
• Ability to work with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Great understanding of clients’ and team’s needs, staying in touch with industry evolutions and standards.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Project management skills, as the role requires a lot of coordination.
