What you will do

• Define and lead the GTS technology and AI-enablement strategy, aligning initiatives and investments with enterprise objectives.
• Shape the business technology and AI roadmap, guiding trade-offs between innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Influence strategic technology and investment decisions, prioritizing initiatives that deliver sustainable value and support AI readiness.
• Serve as the principal advisor to GTS and IT leadership on solution design, data modernization, and AI-driven enablement strategies.
• Build formal networks with senior leaders across business, IT, and data to drive unified technology direction and consistent decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to reduce redundancy and deliver unified, efficient, and intelligent solutions.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, strategy, digital, or AI transformation leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence at the executive level, shaping cross-functional priorities and technology investment strategies.
• Recognized as a thought leader and principal advisor in connecting business strategy with technology, data, and AI enablement.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, AI readiness, and system interdependencies across complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading transformational and AI-driven initiatives that improved scalability, efficiency, and data trust.
