Salary: $140,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI agents on the hirify.global Platform.
• Identify high-value use cases for agent implementation across financial services.
• Define clear product requirements and success metrics for agent capabilities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Create product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for hirify.global's agent-based solutions.
• Establish agent governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI deployment.
• Analyze competitive offerings and market trends to maintain hirify.global's leadership position in AI decision intelligence.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in product management focusing on enterprise software, AI/ML solutions, or platform products.
• Strong track record of leading successful product initiatives leveraging emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling product offerings.
• Experience working with AI technologies, preferably with knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, or conversational AI applications.
• Understanding of financial services use cases, workflows, and customer needs.
• Strong business acumen with ability to build business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, making complex technologies accessible to business stakeholders.
• MS in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States.
