What you will do

• Build and execute scalable AI GTM programs to enable global sales teams.
• Engage with strategic customers to translate AI innovations into business outcomes.
• Partner with sales leadership, programs, and operations to align GTM priorities with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align GTM motions with product roadmaps.
• Communicate AI strategy effectively to executives and customer C-suite stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and use data to optimize GTM execution globally.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• 10+ years of experience in GTM, strategy, sales, or field leadership in enterprise software, cloud, or AI.
• Proven experience building and scaling AI, ML, or data-driven GTM programs.
• Strong partnership skills with sales leadership and operations to drive execution and outcomes.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining GTM metrics and dashboards.

Nice to have

• Experience leading global teams and launching GTM motions for emerging technologies like Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, MLOps, and AI commercialization strategies.
