What you will do

• Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s AI DevOps platform, integrating agent-driven workflows.
• Align AI initiatives with executive leadership and business goals, leveraging emerging technologies like LLMs.
• Own the roadmap and execution of AI agents, from onboarding to in-product workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering to deliver scalable, composable architecture.
• Guide agile execution, track KPIs for adoption and business impact.
• Translate customer pain points into prioritized product capabilities and oversee the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 3-5 years in platform, AI/ML, or developer tools.
• Proven success in delivering enterprise SaaS products at scale, preferably in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-native environments.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks), with a track record of building intelligent platforms.
• Expertise in guiding product execution and leveraging frameworks for product development.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG), AI-native adoption strategies, usage-based monetization, or FedRAMP.
