What you will do

• Scale AI adoption through tools, automation, and innovative practices.
• Drive revenue growth from AI solutions and own the AI adoption roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design scalable processes and frameworks for AI adoption across customer segments.
• Lead integration of autonomous AI agents into workflows and engage with customer executives.
• Develop internal AI enablement programs to upskill teams and simplify processes to accelerate success.
• Resolve critical customer issues and collaborate with Product, Sales, and AI leadership on strategy.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 20+ years experience in customer success or B2B technology and 10+ years leading large teams.
• Proven success managing relationships with Fortune 500 brands and AI solutions delivery experience.
• Strong communication skills for enterprise-level executives and understanding of business KPIs.
