What you will do

• Lead consulting projects to optimize business processes and maximize value from hirify.global solutions.
• Design and implement change strategies across people, process, and technology.
• Own business cases and program leadership for multi-product customer engagements.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive organizational change management and ensure business readiness for solution adoption.
• Develop financial and ROI models to demonstrate business impact.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA
• Strong consulting and operations experience in technology or software companies.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with contact center or CCaaS digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
