Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus

• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, building trust and expanding client engagements.
• Develop and implement forward-thinking affiliate marketing strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and leverage data to identify new opportunities and risks for clients.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities and leading new business pitches.
• Lead and coach account teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing
• Proficiency in client presentations, storytelling, and data-driven strategy development
• Experience managing revenue targets and client portfolios
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and methodologies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable leading teams remotely without direct management responsibility
