What you will do

  • Develop and refine full-funnel campaign strategies considering segment goals and pipeline targets.
  • Lead campaign execution across inbound, outbound, and partner motions with a test-and-learn model.
  • Design channel plans aligned with funnel-stage intent, pipeline coverage gaps, and growth efficiency goals.
  • Manage targeting, content, and pace readiness across channels, adjusting inputs based on performance trends.
  • Lead the Revenue Marketing team and standardize best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Experience leading revenue marketing teams with GTM understanding.
  • Track record managing pipeline-driving campaigns and collaborating with Sales or RevOps.
  • Deep familiarity with full-funnel metrics and pipeline performance optimization.
  • Experience using AI tools to create content, test messaging, personalize journeys, and accelerate campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with campaign tools such as Adobe, Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Drift, ON24, and Power BI.
