What you will do

• Develop and adapt training modules covering sales skills, product knowledge, and sales management.
• Lead training plans, track performance metrics, and provide consultation to sales stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align training content with company goals.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and conduct trainings both in person and online.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions and complete required certifications.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Bucharest, Romania with hybrid work format
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Strong sales background with experience in enterprise, commercial, or channel sales.
• Experience with sales methodologies, sales management, and coaching.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
