What you will do

• Lead and mentor a sales team, developing their skills and career progression.
• Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and initial trades.
• Provide accurate sales volume forecasting and implement regional sales programs.
• Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodologies and processes.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Romanian and English; Hungarian or German is an advantage.
• Proven track record in FX sales and sales management within financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in developing sales strategies based on client feedback and market knowledge.
• Ability to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
