Junior Customer Success Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid in Eindhoven (at least 1-3x a week at the office), must be eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU)

• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to unlock their full potential.
• Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities using customer data and trends.
• Develop personalized approaches to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Oversee and take ownership of the renewal process, ensuring high retention rates.
• Collaborate across departments to execute ideas and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• About 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain/logistics and/or E-commerce.
• Proven track record in meeting expansion targets and managing renewals.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU).
