What you will do

• Own execution and continuous optimization of global digital ad campaigns and 1-to-many programs, managing external agencies.
• Design and optimize email nurture paths with data-led improvements.
• Support buyer journey programs including third-party review and intent data activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure proper lead capture and flow.
• Create compelling ad copy and work with creative teams to deliver effective paid search and social ads.
• Manage budgets and demonstrate ROI within multitouch attribution models.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.
• 8+ years in digital marketing and demand generation, with 2-3 years in IT/software.
• Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing paid advertising and email campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and managing external digital advertising agencies.
• Ability to work across time zones and manage remote relationships effectively.
