What you will do

• Own the end-to-end paid media campaign lifecycle (e.g., Google Search, LinkedIn, Taboola, Meta).
• Monitor and interpret key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, CPL, pipeline influence).
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with content, design, and product marketing teams.
• Set up, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to uncover trends and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on B2B performance marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Highly analytical, structured, and comfortable synthesizing data into meaningful insights.
• Expert-level experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
• English: Fluent required.

Nice to have

• Experience with attribution tools.
• Experience with CRM platform integrations (Hubspot is preferred).
• Experience in fintech or payments.
