What you will do
- Own and scale the weekly growth engine to increase new customer purchases, reduce CAC, and speed up activation across global markets.
- Manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn targeting jewellers, retailers, and vertical commerce buyers.
- Build and operate lifecycle automation in HubSpot to enhance onboarding, conversion, retention, and category expansion.
- Utilize AI for creative generation, automated landing pages, A/B testing, and reporting loops with RevOps.
- Oversee the growth experimentation pipeline from ideation to iteration.
- Develop and test new acquisition channels like SEO, partnerships, and B2B2C content loops to diversify lead flow.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years in growth, performance, demand gen, or similar roles in SaaS, marketplaces, or product-led companies.
- Hands-on depth across paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and experimentation-led growth.
- Experience building lifecycle automation and CRM-driven journeys in HubSpot.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret behavior, diagnose funnel gaps, and build metrics that reflect revenue truth.
- Experience operating growth systems from acquisition to activation to expansion.
- Comfort working with AI tools for creative generation, funnel optimisation, and automated reporting.
