What you will do

  • Develop and own enterprise marketing strategy segments focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Design and execute AI-driven personalized ABM campaigns for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales, sales enablement, and SDR teams to align marketing with go-to-market priorities.
  • Create tailored content and events using AI tools to engage decision-makers and influencers.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs to measure and optimize ABM program effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and innovation.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing high-impact ABM strategies driving pipeline growth.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making focus.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
  • Native-level German and business-fluent English (C1/C2) required.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
