What you will do

• Define and execute the technical vision for products, specifically the Trade Finance Capability, and validate new architectural ideas.
• Foster collaboration across departments, including Pre-Sales and Customer Success, to incorporate technology feedback.
• Contribute to new and existing functionalities, proof of concepts, and technical improvements for the Digital Banking Platform.
• Lead by example within an autonomous Agile product team.
• Take on the expert role in all topics related to Backend.

Requirements

• Solid background in software development, design, and architectural patterns.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, Maven, JPA, Hibernate, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Experience with Cloud-native deployments and traditional application servers (WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat).
• Knowledgeable in relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Experience as a technical leader and good understanding of non-functional aspects like security, performance, and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking domain or Fintech products.
• Being a Full-Stack developer.
