What you will do
- Work closely with engineering squads, driving clarity, prioritization, and product engineering delivery.
- Define and drive team OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall initiative and company goals.
- Drive iterations of the new integration platform build.
- Collaborate with and manage a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment.
- Work on search functionality for systems that operate at scale and across a large tech footprint.
- Partner with product team members across EU and UK inventories to drive long-term vision.
Requirements
- Track record of driving meaningful improvements and consistent delivery across complex and technical areas, while improving customer experience.
- Proven experience in a Product Management role in a fast-paced eCommerce, Travel, Marketplace, or Technology environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Architecture and Engineering, to create a scalable and efficient core platform.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Comfortable operating in technical contexts (e.g., with APIs), interacting closely with engineering and architecture teams.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile frameworks, writing user stories, setting sprint goals, and tracking product metrics.
