Location: Hybrid, Berlin, Germany (minimum 3 days onsite)

What you will do

  • Move leads through the sales funnel and arrange meetings with salespeople.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers using AI-assisted outbound sequences tailored for the German market.
  • Design, test, and execute outreach plays across multiple channels including calls, emails, chat, and social media.
  • Develop relationships with prospects to qualify needs and prepare hand-offs to sales.
  • Follow up with interested potential customers and maintain communication to identify new needs.
  • Build, test, and scale outreach strategies based on performance insights and AI-driven learnings.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin with hybrid presence (minimum 3 days onsite)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an SDR-related role with proven success.
  • Experience setting up outbound strategies including playbooks, ICPs, sequencing, and tooling.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI tools for outbound sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation and ability to operate in a hyper-growth environment.
