What you will do
- Prospect and contact key decision makers in medium & large businesses within Financial Services in the DACH region.
- Generate new business opportunities and qualify inbound/outbound leads for hirify.global solutions.
- Cultivate a strong pipeline by converting marketing leads into sales-ready meetings for Key Account Managers.
- Log all interactions and leads effectively in Salesforce.
- Interact frequently with assigned territory sales team and provide immediate campaign feedback to Field Marketing.
- Understand customer industry, business, pain points, and develop extensive solution knowledge.
Requirements
- Native German language with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a results-oriented or sales environment.
- Ability to perform individually and as part of a high performing team.
- Educated to degree standard or have gained the same level of experience operating in a commercial environment.
- Experience in a technology company or prospecting/selling into the technology industry.
- Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone, through email, and social channels.
- Ability to think strategically, critically, and leverage data in making decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Business Development.
- Experience working within DACH region and within the financial services sector.
