- Set priorities for your team to manage client portfolios effectively.
- Handle client escalations with skill and confidence.

- Manage the client lifecycle, including renewals and upsells.
- Identify high-impact revenue opportunities and coach your team to capitalize on them.
- Lead strategic initiatives across the CSM domain, managing stakeholders and overseeing complex projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or client-facing roles.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot (CRM), Monday.com or Asana (project management), Slack, Linear, Miro, Notion.
- Fluent in English (business level).
