Salary: $120,000–$125,000 Annually (base pay)

What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for a group of enterprise customers.
- Build broad and deep relationships to understand customer success criteria and demonstrate hirify.global's business value.
- Act as an internal customer advocate, providing data-backed trends and feedback to the team.
- Identify and educate customers on additional features, products, or use cases to find mutual wins.
- Drive revenue retention and growth within your portfolio.
- Directly impact hirify.global’s customer experience and growth strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in fintech, banking, or related fields (AML, fraud).
- 4+ years of outstanding track record in SaaS customer success or account management, managing enterprise customer portfolios.
- Experience managing complex retention and upsell opportunities, with negotiation skills.
- Experience managing accounts of $200k+ ARR.
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with senior executives, functional managers, and technical teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel to see customers on-site.
- Strong project management, organization skills, and an ownership mindset.
- Process-oriented mindset for identifying patterns and improving ongoing processes.
