TL;DR

Senior Partner Gtm Manager (Sales): Develop and implement global revenue programs to accelerate hirify.global revenue through partner ecosystems, focusing on co-selling activities, partner funding, and customer adoption. Focus on driving strategic operations, stakeholder engagement, and program management across hirify.global and Microsoft to support joint sales initiatives and revenue growth.

Location: Remote, United States only

Salary: $103,200 - $273,700 per year

What you will do

  • Build and execute strategic programs to accelerate revenue through hirify.global and Microsoft partner ecosystems.
  • Manage partner funding programs ensuring positive ROI and alignment with Microsoft.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and enablement to plan and land programs.
  • Drive communication and stakeholder alignment across global and regional teams.
  • Define and track success metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to improve business impact.
  • Lead risk management and decision-making processes to overcome obstacles in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
  • 7+ years experience in program, product, or project management, or related fields.
  • Ability to work across different time zones and willingness to travel approximately 25%.
  • Experience in technology organizations, preferably SaaS and Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and revenue-focused program management.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing and scaling partner programs globally.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft sales ecosystem and partner service delivery.
