TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (HRIS): Driving long-term success and satisfaction for mid-market and enterprise customers by acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring value from the Bob platform, with an accent on relationship building, renewals, and expansions. Focus on proactive risk identification, product guidance, and advocating for customer needs internally to improve offerings.

Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $106,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the strategic advisor and main point of contact for key Mid Market Clients.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with HR stakeholders, from HR Managers to CHROs.
  • Lead success planning, executive business reviews, and renewal/expansion conversations.
  • Ensure full customer onboarding, training, and successful adoption of Bob modules.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Product.
  • Provide product guidance and insights to drive engagement and advocacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS role, ideally in HCM/HRIS/people-tech.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen for renewals and expansions.
  • Customer-first mindset with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Experience with HR/People/Payroll systems and CS tools (Gainsight, Salesforce).
  • Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in the NYC office 2-3 days a week.
