What you will do
- Generate, qualify, and execute sales opportunities in a targeted geographic territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering teams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships using two-sided discovery and value selling.
- Understand competitors and differentiate hirify.global’s solutions effectively.
- Consistently generate pipeline even during closing activities.
- Leverage internal and external stakeholders to drive sales execution.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Chicago, Illinois.
- 7+ years of experience selling B2B enterprise software or related technologies.
- Proven track record in landing new logos and growing existing accounts.
- Experience with sales presentations and demos.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills with C-Level executives.
