What you will do
- Lead hirify.global sales for your assigned territory, acquiring new customers.
- Identify new opportunities and grow business within your assigned customers.
- Collaborate with strategic technology and channel partners to find, win, and deliver business.
- Build and execute innovative business plans with partners to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate the hirify.global platform and story in early sales stages.
- Grow and convert pipeline from multiple sources and establish reference customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a sales and/or business development role in an information technology capacity (Hardware, Software, Networking), with SaaS selling experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Computer Science/IT.
- Proven history of performance in developing and maintaining strong prospect, partner, and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in a team selling approach, applying business acumen and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Experience in sales strategies including discovery, deal qualification, negotiation, and close.
- Proficient user of Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM systems.
