Salary: $118,300 - $166,400 USD (variable by geographic zone)

What you will do

• Achieve monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales.
• Work with new firms to identify, understand, and align current process problems with hirify.global’s solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via web conferencing.
• Develop and execute customer-focused, consultative sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity information within internal CRM systems.
• Educate clients on hirify.global and consult on industry best practices and trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software/SaaS inside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in a high-volume calling environment.
• Industry knowledge of Accounting Firms and experience in channel selling or FinTech is preferred.
• Sales experience at a tech company is required.
• Professional presence and confident, articulate communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using SaaS applications and translating technical features into business concepts.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
